Directions to:

Willow Creek Center, 1026 Mohr Lane, Concord, CA 94518 from the North: 1. Cross the Benicia-Martinez Bridge (I-680) towards Martinez/San Jose. 2. Take exit 49 for Monument Blvd – turn left onto Monument. 3. Follow Monument for approximately ¾ mile. Turn right onto Mohr Lane. 4. The Willow Creek Center is on Mohr Lane, about ½ mile on the left.

From the South: 1. Take 680 or 24 to their intersection. 2. Take I-680 north towards Sacramento. 3. Take exit 49B for Monument Blvd – turn right onto Monument. 4. Follow Monument for approximately ¾ mile. Turn right onto Mohr Lane. 5. The Willow Creek Center is on Mohr Lane, about ½ mile on the left.
